1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Revly you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all users, visitors and anyone who accesses or uses the platform.
2. Description of service
Revly provides AI-powered review reply drafting, automated posting and review management tools for local businesses. The service connects to your Google Business Profile to monitor reviews and generate reply drafts using artificial intelligence. You retain full control over which replies are posted and can edit or reject any draft before publication.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account.
4. Free trial and billing
New accounts begin with a 7 day free trial. At the end of the trial period you may choose a paid plan to continue using the service. All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy and billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or abuse others, to distribute spam or malicious content, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its original content, features and functionality are owned by Revly and are protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you provide to the service, including your brand voice profiles and review replies.
7. Limitation of liability
Revly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
